These are on my baking list for tomorrow as I have promised to take a tea time treat to friends and have some squishy bananas to use up – plus, of course, they sound delicious! 🙂
It is a great way to use up older bananas! I plan on making some more but eliminating the blueberries and using more walnuts. Then freezing for when I need them!
I made these tasty beauties just this morning by using blueberries from a friend’s garden & using organic eggs from the people who run the allotments! They are just fantastic, my sweet friend! xxxx
I am so happy you enjoyed them! I love that you used homegrown blueberries and organic eggs! Nothing like homegrown blueberries!! So hard to find where I live.
Here too, you now! 🙂
🙂
OK. I can go for these. Bananas, blueberries, honey and oatmeal make a great combo, healthy too.
They are yummy and really you can substitute what you like for the blueberries! The link takes you to the original recipe for more ideas! It is great energy food!!
Is one muffin a serving? What containers do these count for?
Yes one muffin is a serving. They are a heavy muffin. They have it as a 1/2 yellow and 1/2 purple.
