Today’s Shakeology® was delicious as I blended together Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, Vanilla Shakeology®, cinnamon, and frozen blueberries! The only warning about this shake – other than it is fabulous – be careful with frozen blueberries. They can be a bit runny when opening the frozen bag. Since the blueberries were frozen I did not add any additional ice – but if you want a thicker shake then add ice.
As the date to start the 21-day fix (July 13, 2015) comes closer, new recipes are being tested to help determine my food menu. Also I am working on an Excel spreadsheet that will help me plan my meals calculating how many containers I have left. A new Facebook page is being developed to share my story, fitness and healthy eating tips. I will let everyone know when it is up and running!

On to today’s Shakeology® recipe!
8 ounces Vanilla Almond Milk, Unsweetened (less than 40 calories)
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology®
½ cup Blueberries, Frozen
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a blender that can chop frozen fruit. Pour in your Shakeology Shaker Cup that you can take on the run to enjoy a healthy breakfast or replacement meal!
