This is a really simple recipe for grilled yams and sweet potatoes and is a staple for us during grilling season. We love making this side dish with just about anything that we are grilling. You can cut the yams/sweet potatoes thick or even thin to be more like “sweet potato fries” without deep-frying them. Plus the thinner you slice them the quicker they will grill! Enjoy!!
