I hope everyone is preparing for St. Patrick’s Day since it is one week from today! I will be trying a couple of new recipes this weekend that possibly I will share over the weekend depending upon when they are done. In the meantime, I wanted to share a few recipes I posted in the past that you might enjoy – especially my newer readers who have not seen them. You can really adapt them to what you like. For example, we do not eat lamb so my Irish Stew is made with stew meat but it does include Guinness! And speaking of Guinness I need to pick up some tonight for next weekend’s cooking adventure! One of my favorite recipes is the scones – hard to resist eating another one! What is everyone preparing food wise or doing for St. Paddy’s Day?
