Realistic Cooking Ideas

for Busy People! And sharing our life adventures along the way!

Today’s pictures from the Botanical Gardens is their beautiful ivy collection and a few plants that were near the ivy! The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens in Lackawanna, New York is just a beautiful place to visit. Originally it was the Lord & Burnham conservatory that opened in 1900 and is considered a national historic site, educational center, and a destination full of exotic plants and flowers from around the world! They have a dozen or more rooms each with a theme such as the tropical house where the temperature and humidity is properly controlled for the plants.

Thank you! I loved what they did with the ivy – so creative.

  4. I love the tea kettle basket! How can I get my hands on one?!

    1. Bernice says:

I do like it too. I would try a craft store or maybe a nursery or garden store – sometimes they carry interesting baskets.
