This is a delicious and a great energy-packed smoothie. I love having a protein smoothie in the afternoon to fulfill those mid-day cravings. On a warm summer day, a protein smoothie is refreshing! I hope you enjoy this recipe and thanks for stopping by.

Ingredients
2 cups Skim Milk
1 Banana
10 – 12 Frozen Strawberries
3 heaping tbsp Crushed pineapple
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder

Tips
I use frozen strawberries so I do not have to add any ice. Adding less skim milk will produce a thicker smoothie. You may need to adjust the measurements based upon your blender.

Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. Blend until ingredients are crushed and mixed. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
