This is a wonderful beverage for St. Patty’s Day or any time you want a refreshing mint chocolate smoothie. It is quick to make and is packed with healthy ingredients! This green shake has about 150 calories a serving! This is a great substitute for those mint chocolate milkshakes that are 500 or more calories!

Ingredients
2 cups Skim Milk
1 Banana
2 cups Mint Leaves, fresh
1 tbsp Hershey’s Cocoa, 100% Cacao, Special Dark
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
2 – 3 cups Ice

Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. Blend until ingredients are crushed and mixed. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with fresh mint and enjoy!
