Chicken Cacciatore – Cooking Video

This is my husband and mine second cooking video! We selected Chicken Cacciatore as it is one of our favorite meals on a cold winter day. This is a wonderful meal that can be made after work. If you have more time, you can let it slow-cook to enhance the flavors. Our video includes tips and techniques using simple ingredients to make this delicious meal.     • Thanks Lisa! That is what is so wonderful about this recipe. Everyone can customize it to their favorite pasta, peppers, and sauce. I love to cook and I am all about how to save time – yet make a delicious meal.

  2. Bernice, that looks simply delicious. I will definitely be trying this at my house. A really excellent video presentation too. What a fun thing to do as a couple. Can’t wait to see more.
    I made two meals the other day with marinated, baked chicken. It came out very tender and i had it prepared for a second meal the next day to combine with pasta and alfredo sauce. My family really enjoyed it.
