Realistic Cooking Ideas

for Busy People! And sharing our life adventures along the way!

This is my husband and mine second cooking video! We selected Chicken Cacciatore as it is one of our favorite meals on a cold winter day. This is a wonderful meal that can be made after work. If you have more time, you can let it slow-cook to enhance the flavors. Our video includes tips and techniques using simple ingredients to make this delicious meal. We hope you enjoy the video and this recipe! Greg and Bernice

That does look easy, and you could use GF pasta to have a nice GF meal. Lots of nice time saving tips there.

Thanks Lisa! That is what is so wonderful about this recipe. Everyone can customize it to their favorite pasta, peppers, and sauce. I love to cook and I am all about how to save time – yet make a delicious meal.

Bernice, that looks simply delicious. I will definitely be trying this at my house. A really excellent video presentation too. What a fun thing to do as a couple. Can’t wait to see more.
I made two meals the other day with marinated, baked chicken. It came out very tender and i had it prepared for a second meal the next day to combine with pasta and alfredo sauce. My family really enjoyed it.

Thanks Janie. I think you and your family will enjoy this meal! It is great when you can prepare ahead for additional meals. Greg and I enjoy making the cooking videos. I love to cook and share recipes and tips. Greg loves the creative side of making the cooking videos. We learn from each one and we try to make the next one a bit better. Bernice
