This is a creamy and smooth raspberry smoothie that is more like a dessert than a healthy drink. You will be disappointed when it is gone!
2 cups Skim milk
1 cup Frozen Raspberries
1 cup Raspberry Sorbet
2 scoops Vanilla protein
I use frozen raspberries so I do not have to add any ice. You may need to adjust the measurements based upon your blender. This recipe makes two large glasses!
Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. Blend until ingredients are crushed and mixed. Pour into tall glasses, garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy!
