I love pizza! This recipe brings together wonderful ingredients packed with flavor! This is a hardy pizza that you can enjoy for lunch or dinner.

1 Whole Wheat Prepared Pizza Crust
Rinaldi Three Cheese Pasta Sauce
Banana Pepper Rings, drained and rough cut
Green or Red Pepper, diced or sliced
Grilled chicken, diced
Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
Muenster Cheese, shredded
Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
I use a prepared pizza crust to save time from making and baking a crust. From my local grocery story, I purchase a grilled chicken breast. I like to use a blend of 3 cheeses for more flavors; however I use sparingly to reduce fat and calories.
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a non-stick baking pan and place pizza crust on top. Add a generous amount of pasta sauce. Top with banana pepper rings, green or red pepper, and grilled chicken. Top with a blend of three cheeses. Do not add too much as you want the cheese to compliment the other ingredients. Top with a generous amount of basil.
Bake for 15 – 18 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pizza is hot. Serve with your favorite salad. I hope you enjoy this tasty pizza!
