Who says making candy has to be time-consuming or difficult? This tasty dark-chocolate cluster recipe incorporates healthy ingredients. You can use more or less nuts and dried fruit based upon your preference of dark chocolate to fruit and nut mixture.
½ – 1 cup of your favorite nuts, chopped
½ – 1 cup of your favorite dried fruit, chopped
A bag of chocolate dark chips
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Stir the chopped nuts and dried fruit into the chocolate. Spoon the chocolate mixture onto the baking sheet. Put them in the refrigerator to set for about 30-minutes.
You can store them in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. If you store in the refrigerator you may want to bring them to room temperature before serving.
